Comforting Care

In 1987, Comforting Care was selected by the NYC Department for the Aging to lead an in-home care program for seniors in the South Bronx. Operating as a licensed DBA under MBSCC and accredited by the Department of Health, Comforting Care grew out of MBSCC’s commitment to senior services, expanding to provide comprehensive in-home care for elderly and homebound adults.

Today, Comforting Care serves residents in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Westchester County as a Licensed Home Care Agency. The program offers a wide range of essential services, including:

• Housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication administration and monitoring
• Assistance with medical equipment and supplies
• Wound stabilization and basic medical care

Our goal is to support seniors and homebound adults in maintaining their independence, health, and quality of life within the comfort of their own homes. Comforting Care remains a trusted resource for compassionate and professional care tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
