Concourse Plaza
Opened in 1981, Concourse Plaza features 298 apartments for elderly residents. MBSCC oversaw the rehabilitation of this facility and continues to supervise its management. In addition to housing, MBSCC provides tenants with a range of recreational, social, and nutritional services.
Fannie Lou Hamer
Opened in 1993, the Fannie Lou Hamer Apartments offer 75 units for elderly tenants. Built by MBSCC, the facility is owned and managed by the organization, which also delivers comprehensive social, recreational, and nutritional programs to support residents.
Eugene Smilovic
Opened in 1997, the Eugene Smilovic Apartments include 79 units for elderly residents. Built, owned, and managed by MBSCC, the facility provides tenants with access to social, recreational, and nutritional services, ensuring a vibrant and supportive community environment.
